Let’s Talk: Rude Clients

It’s time to stop settling for disrespectful clients and create boundaries that make your dream job less overwhelming.

Easier said than done? I get it.

Nevertheless, it is achievable. And sooooo worth it.

Here’s how:

⚡️Make sure you have a contract that covers you in case a disagreement arises. In the event of dissatisfied clients, these contracts will advocate on your behalf. No argument needed.

⚡️Secondly, create a simple business setup. Using too many platforms will overwhelm you and your clients. Choose one or two max that work for you and your business. As a result, you will give your clients a better experience.

⚡️The third step is to be okay with canceling a project. It’s time to leave a project if it is triggering your anxiety, exhausting you, not respecting your boundaries etc. You will get another client. I promise.

⚡️Next, develop a client-targeting strategy. Work with who you want. Don’t settle for anything less than what lights you up on the inside. It’s your dream.

⚡️Finally, be confident in what you do. There is always enough space for you. You deserve to enjoy being a small business owner.
